In short: Righteous Bandit does not collect personal data itself and needs no account. The game is fully playable offline. It shows ads through Google AdMob; when online, Google may collect device and usage data to serve and measure those ads. We only request non-personalized ads.

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the mobile game Righteous Bandit (the “App”), developed by Kinak (the “Developer”). It explains what information the App handles and how.

2. Information we collect

The Developer does not collect any personal information. The App does not ask you to create an account and does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. Data collected by our advertising partner is described in section 4.

3. Data stored on your device

To remember your game, the App saves a small amount of data locally on your device only:

Which stages/levels you have completed;
Your chosen language;
Your music and sound volume settings.

This data never leaves your device and is not sent to the Developer or anyone else. Deleting the App removes it permanently.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a small banner on menu screens, an occasional full-screen ad after completing a level, and an optional video you may choose to watch to get back up after being beaten down.

We request non-personalized ads only. The App does not ask for tracking permission and does not use your advertising identifier to build a profile of you.
When your device is online, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect information such as IP address (used for approximate location), device model and operating system, advertising or app-instance identifiers, and ad interaction and diagnostic data, in order to deliver ads, limit how often they appear, measure them, and prevent fraud.
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown Google’s consent message before ads are served.
This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google Privacy Policy.
The App contains no in-app purchases, no analytics, and no other third-party tracking SDKs. Without an internet connection the game works normally and simply shows no ads.

5. Sharing of information

The Developer does not sell, share, or disclose personal data, because we do not collect any. Data collected by Google AdMob is handled by Google as described in section 4.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help.

7. Your rights

Since no personal data is collected or stored by the Developer, there is no data for us to access, correct, or delete. You control all locally stored data and may erase it at any time by uninstalling the App. For data collected by Google for advertising, see Google’s privacy controls linked in section 4.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

1. Chúng tôi là ai

Chính sách này áp dụng cho trò chơi di động Righteous Bandit (“Ứng dụng”), do Kinak (“Nhà phát triển”) phát triển. Chính sách giải thích Ứng dụng xử lý những thông tin gì và như thế nào.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Nhà phát triển không thu thập bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào. Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản, không truy cập danh bạ, ảnh, camera, micro hay vị trí chính xác. Dữ liệu do đối tác quảng cáo thu thập được mô tả ở mục 4.

3. Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị

Để ghi nhớ ván chơi, Ứng dụng lưu một lượng nhỏ dữ liệu chỉ trên thiết bị của bạn:

Các màn chơi bạn đã hoàn thành;
Ngôn ngữ bạn đã chọn;
Mức âm lượng nhạc và tiếng động.

Dữ liệu này không bao giờ rời khỏi thiết bị và không được gửi cho Nhà phát triển hay bất kỳ ai. Xoá Ứng dụng sẽ xoá vĩnh viễn dữ liệu này.

4. Quảng cáo (Google AdMob)

Ứng dụng miễn phí và hiển thị quảng cáo của Google AdMob: một banner nhỏ ở các màn menu, thỉnh thoảng một quảng cáo toàn màn hình sau khi qua màn, và một video bạn có thể tự chọn xem để đứng dậy sau khi bị đánh gục.

Chúng tôi chỉ yêu cầu quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá. Ứng dụng không xin quyền theo dõi và không dùng mã định danh quảng cáo để lập hồ sơ về bạn.
Khi thiết bị có mạng, Google Mobile Ads SDK có thể thu thập thông tin như địa chỉ IP (dùng để suy ra vị trí gần đúng), mẫu máy và hệ điều hành, mã định danh quảng cáo hoặc mã phiên bản ứng dụng, dữ liệu tương tác với quảng cáo và dữ liệu chẩn đoán — để phân phối quảng cáo, giới hạn tần suất, đo lường và chống gian lận.
Người dùng ở EEA, Vương quốc Anh và Thuỵ Sĩ sẽ thấy thông báo xin đồng ý của Google trước khi quảng cáo được phục vụ.
Dữ liệu này do Google thu thập và xử lý theo chính sách của Google: Cách Google sử dụng thông tin từ các trang web hoặc ứng dụng sử dụng dịch vụ của Google và Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
Ứng dụng không có mua hàng trong ứng dụng, không dùng SDK phân tích hay SDK theo dõi nào khác. Khi không có mạng, game vẫn chơi bình thường và chỉ không hiện quảng cáo.

5. Chia sẻ thông tin

Nhà phát triển không bán, chia sẻ hay tiết lộ dữ liệu cá nhân, vì chúng tôi không thu thập dữ liệu nào. Dữ liệu do Google AdMob thu thập được Google xử lý như mô tả ở mục 4.

6. Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em

Ứng dụng không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ. Nếu bạn cho rằng một đứa trẻ đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân qua Ứng dụng, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi hỗ trợ.

7. Quyền của bạn

Do Nhà phát triển không thu thập hay lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân nào, không có dữ liệu nào để truy cập, chỉnh sửa hay xoá. Bạn toàn quyền với dữ liệu lưu cục bộ và có thể xoá bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách gỡ Ứng dụng. Với dữ liệu Google thu thập cho quảng cáo, xem các công cụ kiểm soát quyền riêng tư của Google ở mục 4.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Nếu chính sách thay đổi, bản cập nhật sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới.
